I received my Master's Degree from New York University (NYU) with a focus on Counseling for Mental Health & Wellness and a research interest in spirituality and trauma. I am interested in helping with all areas of life, whether you want to improve relationships, friendships or careers. I utilize an integrative, eclectic approach to therapy. I have specialized experience in working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault for the past 8 years. What brings you to therapy can be immediate challenges or long-standing issues. I would like to develop a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Meredith is great. The other woman i saw on grow therapy really wasn't a good fit for me. But my first session with Meredith was great and I feel good about seeing her regularly.
