Hi everyone, welcome to your safe space! Take a breath, relax, and allow me to introduce myself. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving the states of Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. I have a passion for helping clients learn & master healthy coping strategies that will help them better manage their symptoms. In this thing called life, we often face challenges that can seemingly feel overwhelming. Rest assured you are not alone; millions struggle daily in finding ways to cope. I am a proud graduate of the University of Georgia Graduate School (MSW) and the University of Alabama at Birmingham (BSW).

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is all about rapport building and assessing your needs. We will review events that led up to current symptoms, social history, and create a plan of action (treatment plan).
