I'm fascinated by human existence. What you say, what you mean, what you've been through, how you've survived it, and how you're still standing. I pay attention to the details, the patterns, the stories you tell yourself, and the things you wish other people understood about you. I know what it feels like to feel unseen, overlooked, stuck, anxious, hopeless. I don't have life figured out, but I’ve spent years learning to sit with uncertainty, have hard conversations, and navigate the messy realities of being human. I won’t promise to heal you or have all the answers, but I will promise that I'm committed to helping you better understand yourself. I'm an out-of-the-box therapist. I bring passion, humor, authenticity, and insight.

First session

I hope our first session, you want to come back (obviously). Mostly, I hope I make you feel like we could get deep. love when people are all over the place, don't make sense, have no organization or structure because that shows me authenticity. You don't have to say the right words or be someone you're not to impress me. I am already impressed that you shows up because this is a big deal. Our first session can be however you want it to be; heavy, light, assessing, asking questions. Therapy looks different for everyone so if you don't know how you want it to look, that's okay because we will figure it out together.

Strengths

My approach to therapy centers on curiosity. I am passionate about modeling how insight and reflection can foster deeper relationships within ourselves and others. I look at the whole picture—past, present, and future—through relational lenses, always considering how your experiences connect and shape your story. Healing, to me, happens through intentional connection and vulnerability. I work collaboratively, helping you slow down, notice patterns, and build a more compassionate understanding of yourself. I am grounded in honesty, advocacy, and deep respect for autonomy. I show up guided by my values, including a strong commitment to social justice and empowerment. I believe everything is connected, and I bring that belief into the room with intention and care. I am someone who will help you understand your choices, your responsibility, and your own agency. I’m especially drawn to working with adolescents and young adults as they explore who they are and navigate the overwhelming stress and pressure that can come with growing up. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image, and ADHD.

Ideal clients

What matters to me is that people are willing to show up and engage in therapy. They don't have to be self-aware, emotionally regulated, or know exactly what they want out of therapy. I want people to be curious about themselves and take ownership of their role in their situations, even when it's messy confusing, or uncomfortable. They don't need to have everything figured out, but they're open to self-reflection, hard conversations, and exploring new perspectives. I work best with people who are willing to take responsibility for their experiences, challenge unhelpful patterns, and engage in the therapeutic process with curiosity rather than certainty.

Treatment methods

Attachment-based

I love using attaching-based therapy because I am wholeheartedly believe our relationships shape how we move through the world. The ways we love, protect ourselves, navigate conflict, trust others, and understand our worth all stem from the environments we grow up in because it's all learned behavior. I help people understand how and why they show up the way you do and how many of our experiences and relationship have influenced those patterns. Often times that means looking at family dynamics, current situations, and relationships. Here are some themes that you can expect us to heavily explore: Understanding yourself rather than fixing yourself Identifying patterns Ways in which we protect ourselves Feeling seen and understood Building trust in yourself and your relationships
