I’m a licensed therapist, single mother, and natural healer who brings both clinical expertise and deep intuitive understanding into my work. My path into this field wasn’t just academic—it’s personal. I’ve lived through family dynamics, relationship challenges, emotional pain, and rebuilding, which allows me to meet my clients with genuine empathy, not just theory. I work with women, men, and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside—caregivers, professionals, parents—but internally feel anxious, unfulfilled, or unsure how to move forward. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with a deeper, more holistic lens. I pay attention not just to what’s happening cognitively, but emotionally and relationally—helping you understand the “why” beneath your patterns so real, lasting change can happen. If you’re looking for a therapist who is both grounded and deeply perceptive, structured yet human, I offer a space where you can be fully seen and supported.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session with me is about creating safety, clarity, and direction—without pressure to “perform” or have everything figured out. We’ll start by talking about what brought you in. You don’t need to organize it perfectly—I’ll help guide the conversation in a way that feels natural. Some clients come in with a clear issue, while others just know something feels “off.” Both are completely welcome. As you share, I’m not just listening to your words—I’m paying attention to patterns, emotional undercurrents, and relational dynamics. You may notice that I ask thoughtful, sometimes deeper questions early on. This isn’t to overwhelm you, but to begin gently getting to the root of what’s going on. We’ll also explore your history at a pace that feels comfortable—relationships, stressors, and any past experiences that may be shaping your current patterns. I balance structure with intuition, so sessions feel guided but not rigid. By the end of the first session, my goal is for you to feel: Seen and understood Less alone in what you’re experiencing Clearer on what might actually be happening beneath the surface Hopeful about what change could look like We may also begin identifying initial goals or areas of focus, whether that’s improving relationships, managing emotional overwhelm, breaking cycles, or reconnecting with yourself. Most importantly, this is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. You can show up exactly as you are.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my work apart is my ability to go beyond surface-level coping strategies and help you access the deeper patterns driving your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I have a strong foundation in clinical training, but I don’t rely on a one-size-fits-all approach. I integrate evidence-based methods with intuitive insight, which allows me to pick up on nuances that clients often feel but haven’t been able to articulate. Some of my key strengths include: Seeing the root of patterns quickly Clients often come to me after feeling stuck for a long time. I’m able to help connect the dots—between past experiences, attachment patterns, and current behaviors—so things start to make sense in a new way. Balancing depth with practicality We don’t just talk about insights—we translate them into real change. Whether it’s communication in relationships, emotional regulation, or boundaries, I help you apply what you’re learning in your everyday life. Creating a space that feels both safe and honest I’m warm and compassionate, but also direct when it’s helpful. I won’t just validate you—I’ll gently challenge you in ways that support your growth. Working well with both women and men I understand relational dynamics from multiple perspectives and create a space where all clients feel respected, understood, and supported. Supporting high-functioning individuals who are “holding it all together” If you’re used to being the strong one for everyone else, therapy with me can be a place where you finally get to put that down. Ultimately, my goal is not just symptom relief—but helping you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your choices, and more secure in your relationships.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You look like you have it together—but inside, your mind doesn’t slow down. You’re constantly thinking, planning, replaying conversations, and trying to stay one step ahead of everything. You show up for your kids, your work, your relationships… but it’s exhausting. Part of you wonders, “Why can’t I just relax?” or “When do I get to feel okay?” I work best with high-functioning, self-aware individuals who are tired of carrying everything on their own. Many of my clients are women—especially single mothers—who are balancing the emotional and mental load of parenting, work, and life, while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or burned out. You may be used to being the strong one, the dependable one, the one everyone leans on… but you’re ready for a space where you get to be supported. I also work with men who are open to looking deeper—who want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and move past patterns that keep them stuck or shut down. My clients aren’t looking for surface-level advice. They want real change. They want to understand themselves, feel more in control of their emotions, and create a life that actually feels aligned—not just one that looks good from the outside. If you’re ready to stop overthinking everything, trust yourself more, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life, we’ll work well together. You don’t have to keep doing this alone.

My treatment methods

Feminist

It is part of my value system to equalize the power between us as much as possible and explore systems of oppression in your life which affect your symptoms and functioning.

Attachment-based

Attachment is a survival instinct, and it can be frustrating to realize we repeat the same patterns in our adult relationships. This is my area of study, and I utilize techniques to educate individuals and couples about their attachment styles and ways to become more secure in relationships.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

It can be hard to realize our thoughts are negative or distorted. Having a neutral third party assist with highlighting and challenging disordered thinking is one of the foundational gifts of therapy.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Guided meditation, relaxation, and visualization are techniques I have honed over many years which many clients have found helpful in their healing journeys.

Couples Counseling

I utilize Gottman method which is a research-based set of tools for couples to increase their positive sentiments toward one another.
