MALES-ONLY THERAPIST*** Jason has experience working with Males with a variety of presenting concerns, such as substance use, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, and trauma. Jason earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in 2020. He gives a lot of feedback--not-like what you see in the movies. He’s a dog-person and mixes-up how he takes his coffee--but it's usually an Americano.
In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I always say that I've been a therapist my whole life, even though I've only been practicing professionally since 2020. I don't pull punches--when I see something, I say something. Let's get to work and figure things out.
MALES-ONLY THERAPIST*** I enjoy working with men and young adults regarding their work, coping skills, and relationships. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. I'm like a mechanic--we just do tune-ups in therapy, but you do the real work out there living your life.

I came to Jason with a particular concern. He was supportive and gave me information that I was able to apply, and it worked very well in my life. I have "graduated" therapy with him because I was able to solve the problem that I had using his guidance.

Jason supported me through job loss and a move at a time when I felt detached and unsteady, and he helped me feel grounded again. He set clear goals for our work, helped me navigate life’s curveballs, and guided me in building a routine that brought stability back. He’s direct and warm, and his metaphors helped me cope and rebuild trust in myself. Using his tools and methods, I found a job in my field that I’m genuinely happy with. Highly recommend.
