I’m a compassionate and down-to-earth therapist who believes in creating a space where you can feel truly heard and understood. I work with individuals navigating life’s challenges, whether that’s anxiety, stress, relationship issues, or major transitions. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to you—I’m here to support you in making sense of your experiences and building a life that feels more balanced and meaningful.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting connection. I’ll ask about what brings you in, your background, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, while also giving you space to ask any questions you may have. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll start to identify your goals and what support might look like moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths lie in my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves. I balance empathy with gentle honesty, helping you feel supported while also encouraging meaningful growth. I’m skilled at tailoring my approach to each individual, drawing from evidence-based methods while staying flexible to what works best for you. Clients often share that they feel deeply understood in our work together and leave sessions with greater clarity, insight, and practical tools they can use in their daily lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—whether that shows up as anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, or difficulty navigating relationships or life transitions. Many of the clients I work with are insightful and motivated for change, but find themselves caught in patterns that are hard to shift on their own. I often work well with people who are open to self-exploration and interested in understanding the deeper “why” behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This includes those who may be processing past experiences or trauma, working on building self-worth, or striving for more balance and clarity in their lives. If you’re looking for a space to slow down, reflect, and create meaningful, lasting change, we may be a good fit.

My treatment methods

EMDR

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and use it as a structured, evidence-based approach to help clients process and heal from distressing experiences. EMDR can be especially effective for trauma, anxiety, and negative self-beliefs that feel “stuck.” In our work together, I take time to ensure you feel grounded, prepared, and supported before beginning reprocessing. We move at a pace that feels safe for you, using bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping) to help your brain naturally integrate difficult memories. My approach to EMDR is collaborative and attuned—I regularly check in with you and adapt the process to your needs so that the experience feels manageable and empowering. Many clients find that EMDR helps reduce emotional intensity, increase self-understanding, and create lasting relief.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a compassionate, non-pathologizing approach that helps you better understand the different “parts” of yourself. Rather than seeing thoughts or behaviors as problems to eliminate, IFS views them as meaningful and protective, even if they no longer serve you in the ways they once did. In our work together, we gently explore these parts with curiosity and respect, helping you build a stronger connection to your core Self—the grounded, wise, and calm center within you. I move at your pace, creating a safe space where all parts of your experience are welcome. Through this process, many clients develop greater self-awareness, inner balance, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
