I started my career over 10 years ago as a school counselor. This therapeutic space is your workshop to develop insight and create the life you desire. I am excited for the opportunity to support your in this next chapter of your life. Outside of the therapeutic space, I am a certified yoga guide and love a good coffee situation.

I work with clients who may be experiencing challenges withe symptoms of anxiety, depression, inner child wounds, and low-self esteem. I specialize in supporting women ages 25-55 who feel they have reached or are on the verge of "burn out" inside and outside of the workplace. As an African American woman, I specialize in multicultural experiences. I believe that rest is resistance.
