Licensed to practice in 3 states and accepts 56 insurances. Specializes in Anxiety, First Responders/Healthcare Workers, Trauma and PTSD and 5 more.
My roles have included case management, management, and professional counseling. The numerous professional opportunities I have experienced with various populations has allowed me to find a place to dedicate myself to a career of serving exceptional individuals and working with numerous health care providers in the community. My approach is holistic and refers to the whole-person rather than focusing on specific ailments, although topic specific symptoms will also be addressed and discussed as necessary.
In our first session, the focus will aim on keeping light conversation, collecting information, and allowing individuals an opportunity to decide if therapist is the right fit for them. This is a non-pressure, client-paced session to gain insight and learn about concerns that may be affecting client in day to day life.
Meeting individuals where they are at and engaging in client-paced counseling services. Remaining authentic and open while creating a safe environment for individuals to find a better version of themselves.
I am open and willing to work with various individuals from all cultures, genders, and various ethnic backgrounds.

This has only been my second session, but I'm finding new, progressive ways that Kyle is showing me to empower myself. And to get through difficult times also trying to find a solution to do it too. My ongoing therapy that I need, especially for my PTSD. For my anxiety, I really feel like he's genuine and he has a good plan for me, and he verbally is very intuitive and knowledgeable, and I really just enjoy my sessions with him. Because they give me new ways to express my feelings

I was nervous at the beginning, but he made it easier for me to feel at ease, understand the process, and get the information I needed right away. He quickly recognized my needs and offered solutions relevant to what I expect to achieve through this process.
