Our first session will be one of getting to know each other, developing rapport, and setting the positive, comfortable environment to provide the best atmosphere to work on goals and challenge faulty, thinking.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have been lucky to spend past 25 years working with clients and teaching psychology at the college level simutsneously. I feel that psychoeducation is very important in any counseling session. I also enjoy working with a client developing goals and assisting them in fulfilling those goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have spent a lot of my time working with teens, their parents, young adults, and people in stress filled fields, such as nursing and first responders.
