Are you tired of feeling trapped in the same endless cycle? Does the weight of your thoughts feel heavier with each passing day? Enough is enough. It’s time to reclaim your reality, your joy, and your sense of self. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and I have a deep passion for helping people move through anxiety, depression, emotional stuck points, and the challenges that can make life feel overwhelming. I create a space where you can be real, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you are experiencing without judgment.

You’ll have a stronger sense of self, healthier boundaries, and tools that actually work.

My approach is warm, genuine, collaborative, and highly solution-focused. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about the same problems week after week. Together, we work to understand what is happening, identify the patterns keeping you stuck, develop practical tools, and begin making meaningful changes that you can actually feel in your everyday life. I am naturally someone who wants to understand the “why,” but I am equally interested in the “what now?” What can we do differently? What can we change? What can help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more in control of your life? My work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, honesty, and collaboration. You do not have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. We start exactly where you are, take things one step at a time, and work together toward creating a life that feels healthier, more fulfilling, and more like your own.

First session

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space where we’ll explore what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and what’s most important to you right now. We’ll go at your pace—I’m here to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and begin laying the foundation for our work together.

Strengths

I bring a balance of honesty, empathy, and grounded guidance to every session. Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, understood, and challenged in the best way. I know when to slow down and simply hold space, and I also know when it is time to help you move forward. I am not afraid to go deep, ask difficult questions, or explore the parts of your story that may be uncomfortable, but I always do so with warmth, respect, and genuine curiosity. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be completely honest without feeling judged, while also knowing that we are working toward something meaningful. One of the biggest strengths I bring to my work is that I am very solution-focused. I do not believe therapy should feel like an endless conversation with no direction. I want us to understand what is happening, why it is happening, and most importantly, what we can actually do about it. We will identify patterns, challenge what is no longer serving you, build practical tools, and work toward changes you can begin carrying into your everyday life. At the same time, I understand that progress cannot be forced. Some moments require patience, reflection, and compassion, while others require accountability and action. I try to meet you exactly where you are while still helping you move toward where you want to be. My goal is for you to leave sessions not only feeling heard, but also with greater clarity, a stronger understanding of yourself, and a sense that we are actively moving forward together.

Ideal clients

I work best with individuals who are ready to look inward and do the work—even if they’re nervous or unsure where to start. Whether you’re battling self-doubt, relationship struggles, past trauma, or just feeling lost, I’m here to guide you with clarity and compassion. I especially connect with those who are motivated to grow and open to being challenged in a supportive way.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Over the years, I’ve found it to be a powerful tool in shifting negative thought patterns and building healthier coping strategies. Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or weighed down by depression, I use CBT to help them recognize limiting beliefs and replace them with more balanced, constructive perspectives. It’s not about “positive thinking”—it’s about real, sustainable change grounded in self-awareness and new habits.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I integrate DBT techniques into my practice to support clients in managing intense emotions and improving their relationships. I’ve worked with individuals navigating emotional dysregulation, self-criticism, and high-stress interpersonal dynamics, and DBT offers real-world tools to find balance. I often focus on mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation skills—meeting clients where they are and helping them move toward a life that feels more stable, intentional, and connected.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy when a client is feeling stuck and craving forward momentum. This approach allows us to zoom in on strengths, existing resources, and what's already working—rather than staying too long in the problem. I guide clients in identifying small, meaningful steps that move them closer to the life they want to live. It’s a great fit for clients who want practical support and clarity, especially when time or energy feels limited.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I use Trauma-Focused CBT to help clients process difficult memories in a way that feels safe, grounded, and empowering. Trauma can distort how we see ourselves and the world, and this method allows us to gently challenge those distortions while honoring the impact of past experiences. I work to build trust and safety first, then integrate tools that support emotional regulation, healthy thinking patterns, and personal resilience. The goal is never to rush healing—but to walk through it with care and clarity.

Gottman method

I incorporate the Gottman Method in my work with couples to help them build stronger, more connected relationships. Using evidence-based tools, I guide couples in improving communication, resolving conflict, and deepening intimacy. Whether we’re working through long-standing patterns or navigating new challenges, I focus on helping both partners feel heard, understood, and supported. The Gottman approach gives couples a roadmap for love that lasts—one built on respect, empathy, and intentional effort.
