My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented therapeutic approach that helps clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors to improve emotional regulation and develop coping strategies. We do this through building rapport and Establishing a Collaborative Relationship, Psychoeducation, Assessment, and Identify Core Beliefs, Cognitive Restructuring, Mindfulness and Coping Skills, etc.

Faith based therapy

I integrate faith-based counseling by respecting clients' spiritual beliefs and incorporating biblical principles, prayer, and scripture into the therapeutic process. This approach provides comfort, guidance, and a sense of purpose, helping clients navigate challenges while fostering emotional healing and spiritual growth in alignment with their faith and values.

Family Therapy

In family therapy, I facilitate open communication, strengthen relationships, and promote understanding among family members. By addressing conflicts, improving dynamics, and fostering healthy boundaries, I guide families in resolving issues collaboratively, enhancing emotional support, and promoting unity, helping clients build stronger, more resilient family connections.

Interpersonal

In interpersonal therapy, I help clients identify and address relational issues affecting their mental health. By improving communication skills, enhancing social support, and resolving interpersonal conflicts, I guide clients in building healthier relationships. This approach fosters emotional well-being, increases self-awareness, and strengthens coping strategies in social interactions.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I use person-centered therapy by creating a non-judgmental, empathetic environment where clients feel valued and understood. By emphasizing active listening and unconditional positive regard, I empower clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, promoting self-awareness, personal growth, and the confidence to make positive changes in their lives.
