Our first session will be to gather information, begin to work on the therapeutic relationship and establish therapy goals.
I think my biggest strengths are helping others find hope and helping them with a plan going forward to a better day. I am honest and authentic and relatable.
Ideal clients are middle school aged and up. Clients navigating through anxiety, depression and various life transitions. Clients will have a mindset that is willing to try various skills. Clients should be free from suicidal/homicidal ideations and be able to do therapy via telehealth. Clients will collaborate with therapist on developing therapy goals that are beneficial to the improvement of the clients over all mental health.
