I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity.

My style is collaborative, empowering, and centered on building healthier patterns that promote emotional well-being, connection, and resilience. Whether you're working through relationship concerns, stress, grief, or personal growth, I provide a safe, supportive space to help you heal and move forward.

First session

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, calm space where we focus on getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore what you’re hoping to work on, discuss any immediate concerns, and begin creating a plan tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and confident about our next steps together.

Strengths

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, combining structured techniques with compassion and empathy. I help clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while providing practical tools to manage stress, navigate relationships, and heal from loss. My goal is to help clients experience growth, emotional clarity, and stronger connections with themselves and others.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My approach includes CBT techniques that help clients challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, build healthier coping skills, and feel more in control of their daily lives.

Couples Counseling

I guide couples in identifying unhelpful cycles, deepening intimacy, and developing practical tools that foster a more fulfilling and supportive partnership.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Through DBT, I guide clients in developing greater self-awareness, building healthier relationships, and making choices that align with their personal goals and values.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I incorporate EFT techniques to help clients strengthen attachment bonds, increase empathy, and build more emotionally fulfilling relationships.

Grief Therapy

I provide a supportive space for clients to process grief at their own pace, helping them navigate loss while honoring their emotions and unique healing journey.
