I really enjoy working with and seeing the progress gained in individuals that experience depression and anxiety. Through working together, improvement is gained at any age. I also enjoy working with couples and assisting in their overall satisfaction and success in their relationship.

With the utilization of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, control is regained and improvement in in life satisfaction is realized.
