Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our initial session we will go over your paper work and establish goals for treatment. I will listen to your presenting concerns and we will get to know each other. I will work with you to customize your treatment plan and goals for treatment.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I want you to feel validated, seen, safe and comfortable to share anything that comes up for you. I want you to know that there is nothing you can bring to the table that will cause you to be negatively judged. I want you to feel seen, free to laugh, cry, vent or express however you are feeling. I am an EMDR therapist but I frequently utilize DBT, CBT, and personal centered techniques.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with people who are ready to acknowledge that they want to grow and become a stronger, better version of themself. It takes a lot of courage to get to a place where we recognize our need for change. I want to see you work through what may be holding you back and become a more confident and successful version of yourself.

After my first session, my brain was able to rest for the first time in quite a while. I look forward to future sessions.
