I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who helps people understand their patterns, work through trauma, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is honest, supportive, and down-to-earth, with a focus on deeper healing—not just surface-level fixes. We’ll explore what’s been keeping you stuck and find ways to move forward that actually feel realistic and true to you. You can expect a mix of insight, compassion, and a little humor along the way. If you’re ready to grow, break cycles, and show up differently in your life… you’re in the right place.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session we will do the required assessment, get to work right away. Starting therapy can feel like a big step—so we’ll keep it simple and real. The first session is mostly about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what brought you here, and what you’re hoping might feel different in your life.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I consider myself a therapist who builds real rapport and makes therapy feel safe, relatable, and effective. I blend honesty, warmth, and a touch of humor to help clients break patterns, tackle challenges, and create lasting change—without the fluff. I use evidence based models such as Structural, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Gottman modalities to help reach change that is real and not forced.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with clients that are used to a relaxed flow in therapy. I really enjoy strong therapeutic alliances with my clients and appreciate when my client are willing to be challenged. I work well with family dynamics, couples and individuals that feel like change is imperative to their well being and will enhance their lives and relationships. I work well with past trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, family conflict, infidelity in couples and can show up fully in session.
