Throughout my career, I have been passionate about supporting, educating, and advocating for others across a variety of settings. I obtained my LCSW in 2025; however, I've been in the social work field since 2006.
First session
Your first session will be approximately 60-90 minutes. We will discuss what's influenced your decision to consider therapy. We will discuss your social, medical, and psychological history. We may begin to establish goals or identify what you would like to get from therapy. Your first session will be an opportunity to determine if we are a good fit or if other services would be more appropriate.

My ideal client is an adult (individual) looking for support, guidance, and a better understanding of why they are considering therapy. They may be a young adult, navigating new challenges of adulthood. They may be someone who recently became disabled or struggles with a chronic medical condition. They could be a senior, dealing with age-related health challenges, preparing for life after retirement, or considering alternative living arrangements to meet their needs.
