New to Grow
I have been practicing for about a decade. I started out hoping to work more in trauma. Since then I have gotten two graduate degrees with a focus in trauma and been fortunate to discover along the way that I am great with those struggling with addiction, Borderline, mood disorders, behavioral issues in kids, adoption, and several other transitional situations.
The first session will include an intake that hopefully gives me a good idea of who you are and what you need. I try to make things feel as conversational as possible. We will want to have a direction to go for treatment goals and you can help me understand what you need in a therapist or any questions you might have.
I am very upfront and honest. I try to make things as clear and easy for clients as possible so they can reach goals and heal.
I love working with a variety of clients. I specialize in trauma, but enjoy the differences each person has. People are far more than a simple diagnosis. I am most comfortable with teens and adults. I love doing individual and group work and have done a lot with families. My goals is to help others heal and reach their goals. I want to be the one who has their back even if others do not.

I like to use a variety of techniques. Each client is unique and requires support tailored to them. It would be an injustice to count something out if it meets a goal.
