I am committed to working with clients to reach their goals, experience healing, and overcome life struggles so that they can be the best that they can be. I specialize in working with people who deal with anxiety, depression, anger issues, trauma, child and teen behaviors issues, parenting issues, men's issues and and family issues. My greatest want for every client is to experience freedom, joy and breakthrough. I am motivated to see you become the person you desire to be! I look to build great rapport with clients first so they feel comfortable enough to begin therapy. I utilize CBT, DBT, ART, and Motivational Interviewing as my main modalities.
