Hi, my name is Efraim Eshaghian. I have been in therapy myself, and I have come to realize what allows one to live the life he would like to live. We work on allowing the client recognize his/her own solutions and path to greatness. Together, we create the amazing experience of being empowered, which is so powerful. Self discovery and self awareness of one's strengths is the key to open a world that one never knew existed. We try to find that hidden key and access this unbelievable world which is filled with one's positive qualities which ultimately allows one to change around his/her life. The experience is unbelievable.
I specialize in relationships, including marriage, partnerships, premarital, post marriage and more. I am unable to accept couples on the Grow therapy platform for insurance, and only accept cash pay clients for couples therapy.

Strength-Based
I strive to allow clients to see their own strengths to solve their own issues. Finding your own strengths can be difficult because of the many biased thoughts we have on ourselves. But processing the thoughts and emotions together can bring out great hidden talents and qualities that can be used to solve difficult challenges. Please note that I no longer accept insurance for clients seeking couples counseling on the Grow Therapy platform, only cash pay.

I had a moment of rupture in our last session and when I brought it up to him in the next one, he helped us get back on the same page with lots of curiosity, patience, and an insightful illustration that led to a breakthrough

I really find his therapy style very useful. He does go step by step and provides new ways to handle the difficult situations that I can incorporate into a routine.
