About me

I believe in a "whole person" approach to growth and healing, taking into consideration relationships, social and cultural beliefs, physical state, and spirituality. My technique is diverse with an emphasis on behavioral modification- challenging thinking, feeling, and behaviors. I work with individuals to tailor achievable, measurable goals unique to their needs and definitions of success. My goal is to aid others in such a way as to foster an environment that encourages people to, not only define their successes, but achieve them.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

"Tell me a little bit about what is currently going on." I am pretty casual, you wont find Stiff or ridged" in a session with me; bring your coffee (tea, soda, water......), get comfortable and let's talk.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have found that some of my best qualities, in counseling, are that I am easy to talk too, listen with care and understanding, and when necessary challenging. I bring a plethora (abundance) of life experiences.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals/couples (25+) are motivated for change, willing to put in the hard work, complete homework, count thier wins and give themselves grace. Changing the way we think, feel and behave is not easy, but is doable and well worth the effort! Clients who are ready to take action and commit to change; individuals who value self-reflection and personal growth.
