Hi :) I imagine you are here because things are not great. Perhaps, you would like to improve or change something, or maybe you just want to feel better or more comfortable in your skin.. I know it can be scary, but I believe it’s also brave. It takes courage to admit that you would like life to be different. I believe together we can get you to a place where life isn't so hard. During my 16 year career, I have been fortunate to have met wonderful people and together we have grown. I view the therapeutic process through a person centered lens and as something we do together. I believe it is important to celebrate the small successes, and focus on progress, rather than perfection.

I enjoy using various treatment modalities with clients including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems. I think it's important that regardless of what we do, we approach you as an individual and adjust to what works for you. I think being trauma-informed is at the core of being able to make progress to a healthier you!
I really enjoy working with clients who experience and are impacted by anxiety. This primarily comes from the fact that I spent a large part of my life limited by various fears. I have overcome a lot, but certainly have more room to grow. I would love to help you too! I also am in recovery, so I bring that lived experience with me to my sessions.
