Hello- I'm a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) based in Maryland, am a certified Holistic Health Coach and a Board Approved Supervisor. Specialties include: Perinatal, Adoptions, Life Transitions, and Work/life balance.
Having worked with many women adjusting to parenting and being a mom myself, I understand the joys and challenges that come along with caring for a baby.
Susie has advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health, Adoptions, Mindfulness Based- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Post Traumatic Growth. I help new moms adjust to parenting while managing various challenges and redefining self care.
First session
In our first session we'll go over confidentiality, discuss what challenges you are facing and together we'll develop a plan with practical ways to manage symptoms, increase support and build confidence.

Susie has received advanced training in mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy to work with you to recognize, challenge and reframe your thoughts.

Susie uses a strength based focus. Together we identify your strengths and build on them.

Susie is also a holistic health coach and utilizes an integrative mental health approach.
