Licensed to practice in Florida and accepts 15 insurances. Specializes in Couples Counseling, Depression, Family Therapy
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I use a systemic approach. Meaning that I will make connections and evaluate all areas of your life. As your therapist, I am committing to being open and allowing you a safe space to express yourself. I will be empathetic and provide support if you need it. Therapy is an interactive process, where I use therapeutic strategies to guide you through obstacles. I am dedicated to being non-biased or judgmental. I am committed to being patient and flexible to change when an approach is not effective. I will gently challenge you to bring about the change you seek and ultimately become the best version of you!
During the first session, we will explore your reasons for seeking treatment. We will take time to build a therapeutic relationship. Lastly, we will create a treatment plan with goals to keep us in the right path.
I have worked with clients of all ages and have a diverse experience. I am very attentive to my clients needs and dedicated to their growth.
I am best positioned to serve those clients who are looking for a passionate and caring therapist. A client that has not had the best life experiences but is eager to create a better life for themselves.
