Therapy is a wonderful opportunity to discover the answers that are needed to navigate life's challenges. It is important to be able to be known and feel heard. In the first session, it is my desire to provide a safe non-judgmental space for individuals to work through the challenges they face and to gain understanding .

Roger always makes me feel heard and safe. At the same time, he pulls things out of me that I don't always know are there! I love that he prays with me and gives me biblical backing for everything too!
