Vanessa’s approach is based on the idea that every client is an expert in their own life, and hopes that she can be a guide. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic models and techniques to best serve each unique individual. She has completed intensive trainings in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Adventure/Experiential Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. In addition to this she often utilizes Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strength Based/Solution Focused techniques
