I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to struggle internally and question your own worth. I spent years learning how to care for the person I saw in the mirror instead of criticizing them. That journey taught me compassion, resilience, and the importance of feeling truly understood — and it’s what drives my work helping others discover their own strength and value.
The first session focuses on creating a safe, accepting, and trusting environment where the client feels heard and understood. I gather background information, explore the client’s concerns and goals, and begin building a supportive therapeutic relationship.
Having personally worked through feelings of being different, unloved, and unworthy, as well as struggles with depression, anxiety, and low self-worth, I understand the importance of healing and self-acceptance. I aim to help clients build healthy coping skills, confidence, and emotional resilience in a safe and supportive environment.
My ideal client is anyone who is looking for a non-judgmental safe space to help themselves. I encourage and empower all my clients to find the super hero within themselves so they may live their most fulfilled life with a focus on positive identity representation. I live by Wonder Woman’s motto- “govern yourselves with love, kindness, and service to others”
