Hello- I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor in KY. After providing Pastoral Counseling to my congregants for 10 years I earned my Master’s in Profession Counseling at Grand Canyon University; I wanted to not just help others spiritually, relationally, and emotionally—- but also wanted to be able to help others with their mental hurts and habits they faced on a daily basis.
Our first session as well as subsequent sessions will be patient paced- Every person- hurt- question- doubt- concern- trauma- struggle-and treatment of them is different—- so too will individual sessions be. I allow the patient to lead me in understanding where they are hurting and what they have need of—- If they are not in a place or understanding of what all they have need of— we can make that journey of discovery together.
My greatest strengths are treating my patients through a spirit of wisdom, understanding, compassion, humility, and hope I understand in this (seemingly out of control) world, you are going to have distress, pain, suffering, family struggles, fear, loss, grief, anguish, etc. I would love the opportunity to walk alongside you in these difficult times to help you navigate through the healing process. As a Spirit-filled, Licensed Professional Christian Counselor, I integrate the academic knowledge of the mind and psychology along with the healing principles found through a Biblical worldview, in order to help my patients receive the peace, comfort, and strength that life also has to offer. As a Clinical Counselor Supervisor in KY, I have over 10 years of serving patients in all age groups from very young children to the well-aged. I have treated mild emotional struggles to severe mental illnesses. Suffering is not the place for comparisons; suffering is the place for compassion.
My age and life experiences have afforded me the ability to relate to individuals of all ages and sociological backgrounds. I enjoy helping individuals wherever they are on their life journey- from ages 0-100+. No one is too young or old to experience mental or emotional pain- neither is anyone too young or old to treat those hurts.

Integrative
I don’t believe there is one specific therapeutic treatment that s the best treatment for every problem of every patient- That’s why I utilize an integrative therapeutic model. Integrative therapy allows me to integrate the most beneficial aspects of multiple therapies (ie. CBT, CFCBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR…) into an individualized treatment specialized for each patient I see.
Christian Counseling
I take multiple psychological treatments and look at them through a Biblical World View.
Narrative
This is a Favorite of mine as I believe Narrative therapy to be one of the most empowering therapeutic models in existence.
Compassion Focused
Compassion Focused therapy helps my patients recognize they are not alone in their suffering and helps them find the courage they need to face and overcome the tragedies, traumas, and griefs they have endured.
Grief Therapy
Grief is messy and mysterious- Grief often causes individuals to feel alone- yet is a burden that should be shared with someone else as it is Not an easy burden to bear.

I needed someone who can help me on my walk with Jesus in hopes to help me with my anxiety and depression. Her profile stood out to me and the session went how I needed it to go. Will definitely be scheduling back soon!
