Haley Morgan
If you are a mother drowning in the intersection of ADHD, anxiety, and neurodivergence, I see you—not through rose-colored glasses, but as a fellow ADHDer raising neurodivergent kids. My practice is built on real, lived experience, allowing me to partner deeply with moms and a broad range of adults who are ready to stop letting life just happen to them.
If you are a mother drowning in the intersection of ADHD, anxiety, and neurodivergence, I see you—not through rose-colored glasses, but as a fellow ADHDer raising neurodivergent kids.
Together, we will cut through the paralysis, take ownership of your life, and develop the exact strategies needed to dust off your identity and feel joy again.
First session
In the first session, we will establish care by getting historical information along with discussing your current needs. We will get to know each other and asses whether we each feel that its a good fit.
Strengths
The primary strength I bring to therapy is a down-to-earth, direct approach combined with a commitment to absolute honesty. My direct communication delivered with the genuine empathy of someone who knows what the trenches creates a safe yet highly effective space where real change can actually happen.
Ideal clients
While I help people of all ages, I especially enjoy working with adults navigating life transitions where their old coping mechanisms simply don't work anymore. My ideal clients are those struggling with the overwhelming friction of ADHD and anxiety, often feeling stuck or lost in their current chapter. I partner with them to discover the unique benefits of how their brain naturally works, while introducing the practical lifestyle choices needed to support them through their challenges.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In therapy, CBT is used to identify negative or unhelpful thinking patterns and replace them with more balanced, realistic thoughts. Through guided discussions and practical exercises, clients learn healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop more effective ways to manage challenges in their daily lives
Faith-based therapy
Faith-based therapy combines professional counseling with your spiritual beliefs and values to support emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Together, we will explore life’s challenges, develop healthy coping skills, and draw on your faith as a source of strength, hope, and healing. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can grow, heal, and move forward at your own pace
Psychodynamic
Psychodynamic therapy helps clients explore how past experiences and relationships may influence their current feelings, behaviors, and relationships with others. Through open conversations, the clinician helps clients recognize patterns, understand unresolved emotions, and gain insight into their reactions and choices. The goal is to help clients better understand themselves, work through emotional difficulties, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating to others
