I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with ten years of experience supporting adults of all ages in mental health and addiction treatment settings. I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety and substance use. My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused, and I strive to meet people where they are in their journey. I am passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are. I believe in each person’s capacity for growth and transformation, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate meaningful change using evidence-based practices.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will discuss what brought you into therapy and I will ask you some background questions to get to know you better. We will identify your strengths, areas for growth and discuss your treatment goals. If you feel that we’re a good fit, we’ll collaborate on a personalized plan for our work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I offer a warm, honest, and non-judgmental approach while maintaining a balance between empathy and gentle direction. If you’re feeling stuck and unsure where to start, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns, explore their root causes, and develop practical, healthier coping strategies. My work is collaborative and solution-focused, grounded in evidence-based practices to support meaningful, lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I especially enjoy working with young adults who are beginning to recognize unhelpful thought patterns or behaviors and are considering making changes. I also support individuals healing from codependency, developing healthy boundaries, and exploring their identities. In addition to working with those directly experiencing mental health or substance use challenges, I also provide support to their family members and loved ones.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people identify and shift unhealthy thinking patterns which can contribute to depression, anxiety and problematic behaviors.

Strength-Based

I utilize a strengths-based approach as a framework to help clients identify and build upon their personal strengths and resiliency rather than focusing on deficits and being stuck in the past.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I want to work with you to identify your goals for therapy and use best practices to come to real solutions. Therapy does not have to be a long-term commitment. My goal is to work with you to accomplish your goals so you can embark on your next journey.

Motivational Interviewing

I like to meet clients where they are at in their recovery journey and help them build up the motivation to meet their goals. Whether you are just considering making some changes or you are in long-term recovery, I can walk beside you.

Eclectic

I will adapt my approach to meet your specific needs. I incorporate somatic therapy and psychoeducation into my work to help clients better understand the mind-body connection. By increasing awareness of how thoughts, emotions, and physical responses are interconnected, clients are better equipped to identify healthy coping skills and make meaningful behavioral changes. This knowledge is especially valuable when managing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and addiction, and it empowers individuals to take an active role in their healing process. I also integrate concepts of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.

I leave each session with Audrey feeling understood and hopeful. She listens deeply and skillfully finds the through lines and patterns in the thoughts that surface. She helps me set meaningful and attainable goals and actually circles back to them. I’m so excited and relieved to be working together.
