Hi, I'm Orly Krupkin, LCSW. Starting therapy is a significant step, and I'm glad you're here. I work with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, caregiving challenges, midlife concerns, and relationship issues, including establishing healthy boundaries and creating more fulfilling connections. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to help you create meaningful change and move forward with greater clarity. My style is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I use evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By identifying unhelpful patterns and building practical coping skills, we'll work toward helping you feel more confident, connected, and capable of managing life's challenges.
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable while beginning to create a plan that supports your goals, growth, and well being.
Clients often tell me they feel comfortable talking with me from the start. I work to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, explore difficult experiences openly, and build on your strengths as we work toward your goals.
I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions. Many of my clients are navigating periods of uncertainty, whether related to retirement, career changes, caregiving responsibilities, relationship challenges, or questions about purpose and direction. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Grief is a deeply personal experience, and I provide a compassionate space where you can process your emotions, honor your loss, and adapt to life in a way that feels meaningful and authentic to you. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, build practical coping strategies, and identify strengths that can help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity. I work best with clients who are open to self-exploration, motivated to grow, and ready to actively engage in the therapeutic process. Growth takes time, and you don't have to navigate it alone.

Very welcoming and warm. I felt like I had known her for years and felt as if I could very easily open up which is something I personally struggle with so this is saying alot. Had a wonderful first visit!

My first time back in therapy in 8 years. She really lets you talk and doesn’t make you feel overwhelmed with all the changes you may need to overcome. She feels very comfortable to talk to and non judgmental. I look forward to working with her and becoming a better version of myself.
