(she/her)
I’m a licensed psychotherapist specializing in faith based Christian counseling, narcissistic family systems, and inner child that is used to guide others through grief & loss, life transition, and unresolved inner child dynamics. I assist individuals in understanding and addressing the impact of past experiences on their current mental health and relationships. My professional goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment and provide you with the support and insights needed for lasting personal growth and positive well-being.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a safe, grounded space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and emotionally understood. Many of the individuals I work with have experienced long-term relational trauma, including narcissistic family dynamics, emotional neglect, and identity-based wounds. I bring a calm, empathetic presence that helps clients feel secure enough to explore difficult experiences without fear of judgment. Beyond processing emotional pain, I help clients rebuild self-trust, establish healthy boundaries, and move from survival mode toward greater confidence, clarity, and emotional freedom.
I am best positioned to serve clients who are dealing with grief, loss, inner child, anxiety, depression, life/family transitions and struggling with inner child conflict who are looking for a faith-based and/or psychology approach that combines professional therapeutic techniques to help you become your best self.

Christian Counseling
A faith-based approach that combines psychological practices with biblical teachings to address emotional, mental, and spiritual health. It focuses on integrating evidence-based methods like CBT/REBT with Christian principles, such as prayer, Scripture, forgiveness, and reliance on God for healing. The goal is holistic healing, addressing the client's mental well-being while supporting their faith and aligning interventions with their spiritual beliefs.
