And perhaps you may want a little more spirituality, to evolve and blossom, to manage your stress, depression, relationships enriched and to perhaps a guide for your life transitions in a new and expansive way. Through the lens of mindfulness based therapy mixed with , coaching, guidance and truthful conversation that we build built a trust and understanding with no judgement, but with openness and transparency......we will begin the journey together and I will walk side by side with you

Allowing the freedom to create the basis for safety, security and trust in me, the therapist, to guide you, help you, and encourage you blossom and evolve in within yourself and your life . I absolutely love that i have the opportunity with your trust to help guide you in living the life you desire or may not even know yet, with my ever expanding toolbox and with my expansive heart in this journey
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Life itself is my greatest strength. At 75 plus years life has taught me and has showed me the beauty of “mistakes” (there are no mistakes) and learning from them. Using life as a teacher, it is my honor, my privilege and my purpose to help, to assist, to guide you and speak my feelings and thoughts when warranted and at times step back and let it be
