About me

Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're a child struggling with anxiety, a teenager navigating friendships, school pressures, or life changes, or a parent seeking support for your child. You don't have to face those challenges alone. I work with children, teens, and college students who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, academic pressures, or grief.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

It's completely normal to feel nervous about opening up to a new person, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we'll identify goals that are meaningful to you and develop a plan that supports your growth and well-being. As your needs evolve, we'll adjust our work together to ensure therapy continues to support your goals. I strive to create a relaxed, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe sharing their thoughts and experiences. Together, we'll work to understand not only the symptoms you're experiencing but also the underlying factors contributing to them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, school-related challenges, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. My goal is to help young people build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional resilience, and strengthen problem-solving abilities. Together, we address the underlying causes of their struggles while supporting success at home, in school, and in relationships through compassionate, individualized, evidence-based therapeutic care.
