Welcome, and thank you for taking this important first step. My name is Arany Orellana, and I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the States of Florida, Oregon, and Washington State, with 19 years of experience supporting adults facing mental health challenges. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. My goal is to empower you as you build self-compassion, personal growth, and a more fulfilling life. Together, we'll explore that matters most to you and how to move forward with clarity and confidence.
During our first session, we will discuss the nature of therapy, what your expectations may be, and the role I will play as your therapist. You will have the opportunity to share challenges you are currently facing and information about your life. This will allow us to build a rapport and work on identifying goals you want to work on during this process.
My greatest strength is creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I approach therapy with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect for your unique story and pace. Together, we work to help you heal, gain clarity, and reconnect with what matters most, so you can build a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I currently offer online therapy session for clients in Florida, Oregon, and Washington State.
My ideal clients are creative individuals who may feel misunderstood and are looking for a safe, supportive space to express themselves authentically. I work with clients navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, mood challenges, relationship issues, trauma, stress, grief, and women's health-related concerns. Many clients seek greater emotional clarity, confidence, and healthier relationships, and we work together to build skills that support balance, resilience, and personal growth.

Today was my first appointment and I really felt like she understood the issues I'm currently trying to deal with, she classifieds with me to be certain we're on the same page and she helped me set out the exact kind of homework that I feel will be most helpful to me. I really enjoyed the appointment and look forward to our next appointment.
