I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help young people identify their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful goals. My approach is collaborative, empowering clients to overcome obstacles, build self-awareness, and create positive, lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals so I can better understand your unique experiences. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process and determine whether we're a good fit. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you feel supported, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to every session. I believe that each client already possesses valuable strengths and abilities, and together we work to build upon them. By combining evidence-based techniques from CBT with the practical, goal-oriented focus of Solution-Focused Therapy, I help clients develop tools they can use in their daily lives. I strive to make therapy approachable, engaging, and tailored to each individual's needs, helping young people gain confidence, improve coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am passionate about helping young people make sense of life's challenges and transitions. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, I work alongside clients to build on their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and find practical solutions to the issues they face. My goal is to create a supportive space where young people can gain confidence, navigate difficulties, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
