In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our initial session we will review the importance of clients confidentiality, how the therapeutic process works, client's initial reason for seeking therapy, some work that will be done outside of therapy, setting goals, clients' and therapist expectations.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

We will utilize several theoretical counseling models' e.g. DBT, CBT, Personal centered therapy, Solution focus, Gestalt therapy all which have been proven to be effective.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strengths lie in working with everyday life challenges e.g. problems with self-esteem/self-worth, codependency, relationship struggles, Domestic Violence, and the following diagnosis : Depression, Substance Use Disorder, Personality Disorders, Anxiety, Anger management, and more. I am dedicated to facilitating the healing process.
