About me

I have a lot of experience helping people with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship, and extensional issues. I am a caring, empathetic, and person-centered clinician with many years of experience in the mental health field. No matter what you are struggling with, my evidence based approaches will help you find relief, a path forward, and a sense of self. You can be certain that you will feel seen and accepted for whoever you are or whatever you are going through.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will be getting to know one another. I want you to feel heard and to bring your concerns to the session. I will have questions and will probably be writing some notes, but at no point will you be rushed to disclose anything you aren't ready to.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a compassionate, patient, and intuitive clinician. I am also inquisitive and will often gently ask questions to dig a little deeper. I am relationally focused and will use your relationships with others as a way to make sense of your stories and experiences. I often look for meanings and narratives that might help you make sense of your current situation.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is having trouble making sense of their past or current experiences, the choices that brought them here, and how to change and prepare for a future. They may be dealing with unresolved trauma, significant anxiety or depression, trouble with life changes, finding themselves, and more. My ideal clients could be a couple or family with conflict looking to create more connection and closeness.
