Strengths
The strengths I bring to my therapeutic sessions are not only a comfortabe safe space, but a place where you can be yourself, with no judgement. I empathize with my patients and attempt to understand them, however times , I may challenge thoughts and predisposed beliefs to facilitate growth and a better self understanding.
Ideal clients
There is no ideal client, any person that is comfortable in to speaking their truth, experiences, is willing to listen to a different perspective as well as , someone who is open to change and support in order to help facilitate growth and self awareness, deserves an opportunity to do so. Everyone deserves the chance to receive the guidance they look for.
