About me

My name is Kate and I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and Delaware. I have been in the counseling field for over ten years treating multiple different disorders through different modalities. I believe that every person is a unique individual therefore not every approach will work with everyone. I approach therapy through a nonjudgmental way of being. I meet you where you are and together we discuss ways to cope with difficult situations in life. Life can be difficult and therapy not only helps to manage any struggles but also an opportunity for you to become the best version of yourself you can be.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is my chance to get to know you and your story as well as a chance to identify goals you have. I also want you to have the opportunity to discuss what you are looking for.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I utilize different therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, and problem solving therapies. However, I utilize other approaches tailored to the individual. I utilize a person-centered approach to help you reach your goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

If you are someone who is looking for an opportunity to grow or if you have difficulties you are experiencing, I am here to help you navigate those struggles.
