(she/her)
Hi There, I'm Cameron and many of my clients are adults and couples who present as successful on the outside but internally struggle with burnout, anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, and/or feeling disconnected in their relationships. They find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or unhealthy communication patterns that leave them feeling insecure or emotionally distant. I help individuals and couples heal and move forward and learn skills to feel more confident, connected, and emotionally secure.
In our first session together, we’ll begin with introductions and take time to explore your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. I’ll also review the logistical aspects of therapy, including confidentiality and practice policies so that you know what to expect. This initial session is an opportunity to ask questions, feel comfortable, and begin building a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
For individuals with a trauma history, I incorporate Brainspotting to help process deeply rooted emotional wounds in a safe space. I help couples break out of recurring conflict cycles and feel emotionally safe and connected again. All while using CBT principles to provide practical tools for managing anxiety, emotions, and negative thought patterns.
I am best positioned to support individuals experiencing anxiety and the effects of trauma or PTSD. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, hypervigilant, or stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences, and are seeking a safe, supportive space to heal and regain a sense of stability. I work with couples experiencing emotional detachment or chronic conflict who still holds an underlying desire to repair their relationship.

Brainspotting
For individuals with a trauma history, I incorporate Brainspotting to help process deeply rooted emotional wounds in a safe space. Brainspotting is a trauma-focused therapy that helps clients access and process emotional material stored in the body. The goal is to maintain focus on a ‘brain spot’ while allowing thoughts, sensations, and emotions to naturally arise and process without forcing change. I’ll provide attunement, grounding, and containment throughout the process, helping you release stored trauma and achieve greater emotional regulation.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use an evidenced-based practice called CBT that focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. Change is made by understanding the relationship between thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
I use EFT to help couples understand and break unhealthy relationship patterns so they can feel more emotionally safe, connected, and supported with each other.
