New to Grow
I have a Doctorate and over 20 years of experience providing Therapy. Whether it's depression, anxiety, coping, career, family, or just day-to-day stress, I'm here to assist. My work is guided by the belief your ability to heal, grow, and overcome this time in your life. You will experience a warm, trusting environment where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. I value professionalism, and maintain healthy boundaries. You can feel confident in the personalized care you'll receive, as I truly care about your health and wellness.
During our first session together—my primary focus is getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy.
What makes me unique as a therapist is that I have an extensive background in Therapy, as well as, in education. Both help me to relate to you better. Clients have greatly appreciated that I can adapt to meet their learning style. My focus is on real, lasting change. The goal is for you to leave sessions aware, and with the tools and skills you can actually use in your everyday life.
My ideal clients are adults who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, coping, depression, medical or health conditions, women's, men's, or career issues. Also, those striving to create a healthier lifestyle. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or in need of clarity, yet are motivated to grow, reset, and move forward with purpose. They know something has to change. They're open to exploring concerns, setting meaningful goals, communicating honestly. They are also invested in the therapeutic process and respect boundaries.
