I have worked with children, adolescents, families, couples and elderly as well. I have a diverse career background.

First session
The first session use the initial session to introduce myself , develop rapport and learn about the concerns and goals the client may have. I gather information to make accurate diagnosis and gather past therapeutic experiences. I also offer resources that may be helpful for the client to use for support daily.
Strengths
I meet my clients where they are and am an active listener. I connect with people easily and hope to help ease the struggles of daily life and the nerves of starting therapy
Ideal clients
I work with individuals, families as well as couples. I have experience with many different diagnoses. I have extensive grief, interpersonal conflict, depression, anxiety and relationship experience.

I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as narrative therapy. I use techniques to challenge maladaptive thought processes and feelings
