Drawing from a trauma informed perspective, I create a supportive and grounded environment where clients can safely explore difficult emotions, heal from past experiences, and develop resilient coping strategies. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, processing relationship changes, or seeking deeper self understanding, I’m committed to working alongside them with empathy and clinical expertise. My work centers on empowering individuals to cultivate self love, strengthen communication, overcome isolation, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. I believe healing happens through collaboration, compassion, and honoring each person’s unique story. I’m dedicated to offering a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, supported, empowered, and capable of meaningful change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I focus on providing a supportive space where we can get a sense of what it’s like to work together. We’ll start by talking about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change or understand, and any concerns or questions you may have. I’ll ask questions to learn more about your current challenges and the strengths you already carry. We’ll explore the goals you what to work on in therapy and begin shaping a plan that you feel meets your needs and values. You can expect a warm, non‑judgmental environment where your experiences are honored and your self-determination is respected. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and clinical expertise as we begin building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, collaboration, and hope.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is grounded in a trauma‑informed, person‑centered philosophy that honors each client’s lived experience and innate resilience. I integrate evidence‑based modalities with a warm, collaborative style, helping clients feel both supported and genuinely empowered in their healing process.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are those who want to grow, who are curious about their inner world, willing to reflect, and motivated to create meaningful change. I’m especially aligned with individuals who are open to step into a healing journey, even if they feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. Many of the individuals I work with are navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, or depression, and are often wanting a space where their resilience is recognized and their story is honored.
