High-functioning doesn’t always mean okay. If you’re presenting like a CEO but crashed out inside with the emotional bandwidth of a tomato, therapy might be exactly the vibe. I work with students post-high school, young professionals, and anyone trying to stay afloat while doggy paddling under all that pressure. Med school, law school, corporate burnout, anxiety for days… I use action-oriented, evidence-based tools to help you actually feel better, not just cope better. Neurodivergent and LGBTQIA2+ affirming. Virtual and in-person sessions available in South Florida.
Our first session is the initial assessment, to go over your intake form together and collab on your treatment plan. We’ll start building trust, talk about what’s been going on, figure out your goals, and I’ll get a sense of what’s actually keeping you stuck. It's the "Q&A" for us both so you can get the most out of therapy.
I incorporate Expressive Arts therapy techniques when you're needing to get things out in a way that words can't describe. My integrative approach means I pull from CBT, DBT, ACT, Parts Work and other modalities depending on what will work best for you specifically. I'm big on "Different strokes for different folks" and following what lands specifically for you is what's important. I show up ready for what you bring into the room with empathy, compassion and real interactions.
My ideal clients are students (post-high school), young professionals, and Gen Z adults who are high-achieving on the outside but exhausted on the inside. They’re navigating anxiety, depression burnout, identity, and the pressure of having it all figured out. They want real talk, practical tools, and a therapist who will meet them where they are and genuinely listen. Clients who are in need of a neurodivergence as well as LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.

Every person is unique, and a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy just isn't my style. I pull from a range of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, Parts Work, and Expressive Arts Therapy. It really all depends on what is going to be the best fit for you. When words aren’t enough, we find other ways to dive in and unpack together.
