We'll focus on your goals, strengths, and desired outcomes while identifying practical solutions that can help you make progress. My role is to help you build on what's already working and create meaningful change.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I believe people come to therapy because they want something in their lives to be different. My role is to help them identify what that looks like and build a path toward it. Clients describe me as warm, direct, and easy to talk to. I provide a supportive space while also challenging unhelpful patterns and helping clients recognize strengths they may have forgotten they possess.
