One of the most important things you can do is start the journey to understanding and living your own truth. This is a guiding force in my practice. My name is Kelly Broderick and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Independent Social Worker - Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) in South Carolina. I have over seven years of experience working with individuals and groups in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I have significant experience from my forensic background, working in specialized prisons and outpatient work with vulnerable populations. I am Telehealth only at this time and for the foreseeable future. I work with adults in individual and group settings. My specialties include addiction, anxiety, depression, codependency, family conflict, communication, grief and loss and forensic therapeutic work.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I like to use CBT because it helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected—and gives you practical tools to make real, lasting changes.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I've used DBT for several years and I've found it very effective for many different folks. DBT teaches practical skills like how to stay grounded in the moment, how to tolerate distress without acting impulsively, and how to better understand and communicate your needs. It’s a very structured and supportive approach—and we go at your pace, using skills that make sense for what you’re going through.
