Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor and a Certified TraumaPlay Therapist. I received my education through Saint Leo University, in addition to The trauma play institute as well and the play therapy training institute. I have been in practice for 7 years in Florida. I help all ages work through trauma and learn to love their authentic selves and make meaning of their life challenges. I use mostly an experiential approach as well as other evidenced based interventions.

In our first session together, we will introduce ourselves and then talk about what specific challenges or needs you may be facing. We will work together and create a plan that is tailored to you for us to work through during our time together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Having worked with trauma from the ages of 2 and up for the past 5 years, I will use creative avenues to assist you with overcoming challenging thoughts, physiological symptoms, and big emotions that create a space for self-regulation. It is important to understand that thoughts and emotions from trauma affect our physical being as well and I will help you navigate this process.

Experiential Therapy
Experiential Therapy is a collective approach used to assist Clients with evolving through the therapeutic process. Play Therapy, Role Play, Meditation, Art Therapy interventions, narrative therapy, Rogerian Therapy, Dance among many other interventions are utilized and treatment plan approaches and goals are developed on a case by case scenario depending on Client's needs.
