In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then assess the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. It is important for you to feel comfortable and safe I with who you choose as your clinician.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My approach draws on my clinical training in psychology, years of hospice work, and my personal experience with loss. Grieving takes patience, endurance and compassion for yourself. Therapy can provide the sacred space to share our grief. It is my deepest privilege to support someone through their grief experience.
