(she/her)
Welcome, I am an attachment-based, trauma-informed Marriage and Family Therapist. I offer a warm, grounding space where you can slow down and make sense of the patterns that may be keeping you or your relationships feeling stuck. Therapy becomes a place to reconnect with yourself, strengthen your self esteem, self efficacy, relationships, and move toward a life that feels aligned, authentic, and balanced.
You can expect a slower, supportive pace where I begin getting to know you—not just the challenges you’re facing, but the context around them. I’ll ask about your current concerns, your relationships, and some of your past experiences, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. Most importantly, the first session is about building a sense of trust. You’ll have space to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and start to get clarity on what you’d like to work toward in therapy.
I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can begin to make sense of what you’re feeling—at your own pace, in your own way. I believe that healing is possible in a compassionate, supportive, collaborative environment leading to positive growth.
I am best positioned to serve people who desire to find clarity, peace, and acceptance in their lives by understanding how past experiences shaped their emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Those struggling with anxiety, depression, or the effects of past trauma, I provide a supportive space to explore individual stories and discover new ways to heal. Using a blend of attachment-focused work, family systems, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and collaborative narrative therapy—combined with practical guidance—insight is strengthened, resilience increases, creating meaningful change.

Narrative
I use narrative and collaborative approaches in my sessions, which means we work together to explore the stories that shape how you see yourself and your experiences. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy is a space where we can reflect on challenges, highlight your strengths, and discover new possibilities.
Attachment-based
I also draw from attachment-based approach in my work. Early relationships can shape how we experience connection, trust, and safety with others. In therapy, we gently explore these patterns and how they may show up in current relationships.
Trauma Informed Care
As a Trauma-certified therapist I use a bottom-up approach, meaning I help clients regulate their nervous system and heal emotional patterns at the root—not just manage thoughts or symptoms.
Christian Counseling
For clients who would like it included, I also offer a Christian perspective in therapy. This can involve exploring faith, values, and spiritual beliefs as part of the healing process. My goal is to create a supportive space where faith can be integrated in a way that feels meaningful and respectful of your personal journey.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a psychotherapy modality that views the mind as made up of different parts, all guided by a core Self that helps heal and balance them.
